Shyama Charan Bharthwar was a revolutionary freedom fighter of India. Born 1900 - December, Bihar, s/o/Late D.Prasad. Belonged to Hindusthan Socialist Republican Army. Arrested in 1930 in connection with Gaya Conspiracy Case. Sentenced to prison term of 7 years in1933. Deported to Andamans. Took part in the hunger strike of 1937 and was released in 1938. Kept under detention during second world war (1939-45) in Deoli Camp. Total jail period -14 years.
