Sir Francis Galton

Sir Francis Galton (1822 - 1911) was an English polymath, statistician, sociologist, psychologist, anthropologist, tropical explorer, geographer, inventor, meteorologist, proto-geneticist, psychometrician. He is also known as a proponent of social Darwinism, eugenics, and scientific racism.
