Small website is a term that refers to a website which is small in size in terms of its technical resources. All the websites having shared hosting accounts can be properly termed as small websites. The websites running on Virtual Private Servers, having resources not above the level of the resources otherwise available in shared hosting accounts, are also referred to as small websites.
