Spiro Theodore Agnew

Spiro Theodore Agnew (1918-96) was a politician of the United States. He served as vice president of the country during 1969-73 under the president Richard Nixon. He had to resign because of corruption charges against him.

He was governor of Maryland during 1967-69, the period marked by corruption for which he was forced to resign from vice president post in 1973.
