Srikurmam

Srikurmam is a village in Srikakulam district of Andhra Pradesh in India. It is situated at about 14.5 km from Srikakulam town. It is famous for the temple of Lord Vishnu in his Kurma incarnation. Obviously, the village derives its name from the name of the deity.

The temple is only one of its kind in India. The structure of the temple contains several inscriptions from eleventh to nineteenth century.
