Stakeholder analysis

Stakeholder analysis involves
a) identifying key stakeholders in relation to any initiative: i.e. groups who have a similar interest (or ‘stake’), and which differs in some way from others’ interest
b) analyzing the perspective of the key stakeholder groups: their role, views, needs, etc. and their relationship with other stakeholder groups.
