Steve Allen

Steve Allen (1921-2000), full name Stephen Valentine Patrick William Allen, was a US humorist, songwriter and a pioneer of television. He is known for his The Tonight Show (1954-57) and The Steve Allen Show (1956-64). He also worked in movies like The Benny Goodman Story released in 1963.
