Takht Har Mandir Sahib

Takht Har Mandir Sahib is in Patna, the capital city of Bihar, in India. It is one of the four sacred shrines of the Sikhs.

Guru Govind Singh, the tenth Guru of the Sikhs, was born here in 1660. The original temple was built by Maharaja Ranjit Singh, and contains belongings of the Guru and Sikh holy texts.
