Tiverton

Tiverton is an interesting old town of Devonshire, England, pleasantly situated between the Exe and Loman, 12 miles North by East of Exeter. It possesses public baths, assembly rooms, almshouses, and a 17th-century grammar-school. It is noted for its traditional lace manufactures.
