Tree Injection

The introduction, often with pressure of a chemical – usually a water-soluble salt in solution – into the sap stream of a living tree, to kill it or protect it from disease, or to kill a parasite such a mistletoe or into a freshly killed tree, to destroy bark-beetle or wood beetle broods.
