Ullaskar Dutta was a revolutionary freedom fighter of India. S/o Late Dwijadas Dutta. A degree holder in Agriculture from London University and a student of Presidency College. Thrashed Professor Russell for uttering derogatory remarks on Bengalese and was expelled from College. He was an expert in the manufacture of high explosives. Arrested in Alipore Bomb Case. He was sentenced to death. On appeal commuted to life transportation and deported to the Andamans. Due to brutal torture in Cellular Jail he lost his mental balance and was repatriated and released in 1920. Arrested again in 1931 for violating P.C.144 and awarded 18 months imprisonment.
