Upendra Nath Mandal was a revolutionary freedom fighter of India. Born 11th November 1911, Govindapur, West Dinajpur,s/o Late narayan Chandra Mandal. Came in contact with Yugantar Party. Arrested on 18.06.1934. Married before arrest. Sentenced to six years prison term. Deported to the Andamans. Took part in the second hunger strike. Repatriated in 1937 and released in 1939. Total jail period more than 5 years.
