Usha Mandir at Ukhimath is in Uttarakhand state of India. This temple is built in memory of Usha, the daughter of Banasur. According to the popular tradition, this is the place where Usha was married to Aniruddh, the grand son of Lord Krishna. The marriage was solemnised according to Vedic rituals. The altar is extant yet today which is one of the major attractions of this place. The Onkareshwar temple is also there. It houses the idols of Panch Kedars. The seat of Rawal and idols of Nrisingh, Chandika etc are also established in its premises. In winters, the celebrated doli and idol of Kedarnath is brought in this temple. It is said that the King Mandhata had meditated at this place to appease Lord Shiv.
