Usha Ranjan Dey was a revolutionary freedom fighter of India. Born 1914 , Sealdah, Faridpur , Bangladesh , s/o Late purna Chandra Dey. Belonged to Anusheelan Samity. Arrested in connection with Manicktala ArmS find and Conspiracy Case. Sentenced to a prison term of five years. Deported to the Andamans. Took part in the hunger strike in the Cellular jail. Repatriated in 1937 and released in 1938. Total jail period about six years.
