Void Contract

Void contract is a term in law that denotes an illegitimate or unenforceable agreements, or the document that contains such agreements. When the terms of the agreement are illegal at the time of creating the contract, or when those terms become illegal due to change of law, or when any of the party is minor or mentally unsound, or those terms violate any legal provisions or fundamental principles of law, or when the terms are 'enforced' which violates the spirit of 'agreement'.
