Winnipeg

Winnipeg is a city in Canada, formerly Fort Garry, the capital of Manitoba, at the junction of the Assiniboine with the Red River, over 1400 miles North-West of Montreal. It is a well-built town, with several public buildings and all modern appliances. It stands on the Pacific Railway. It is a busy trading centre.
