Yoshida Shigeru

Yoshida Shigeru (1878-1967) was a Japanese politician. Having served in various positions in the governement, he eventually became prime minister of Japan and continued in office for five terms (1946-1954). He was president of dominant Liberal Party in 1946. He was eventually removed from office in 1954.
