Ystradyfodwg

Ystradyfodwg is a township in Glamorgan, Wales, England. Ystradyfodwg Urban District came into existence in 1894 when the name of the ancient parish was changed. The parish boundaries were also adjusted to match the urban district. In 1897, the Ystradyfodwg Urban District Council formally changed the name of the parish and urban district from Ystradyfodwg to Rhondda.
