Jadeja, Avesh and Bishnoi were in the Asia Cup team. Fast bowlers Mohammed Shami, Deepak Chahar, spinner Ravi Bishnoi and batter Shreyas Iyer have been named as a standby.
Bumrah and Harshal had missed Asia Cup due to injuries and their return is no surprise and they are likely to add more muscle to the team's fast bowling department in which Arshdeep Singh and Bhuvneshwar Kumar have been retained along with the all-rounder Hardik Pandya.
The squad led by Rohit Sharma will miss all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, who s recently underwent a surgery. Left-hander Axar Patel is the replacement for Jadeja., R Ashwin and Yuzvendra Chahal are the other two specialist spinners.
Avesh, played two Asia Cup matches before being ruled out with an illness. Wrist-spinner Ravi Bishnoi played a solitary game against Pakistan.
There is no change in the batting lineup to the one that played the Asia Cup with Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul, Virat Kohli, Suryakumar Yadav, Rishabh Pant and Dinesh Karthik all included.
