New Delhi: Thiru T. R. Baalu, Union Minister of Shipping, Road, Transport & Highways informed that the Directorate General of Shipping, Mumbai has received a communication from Capt Rangenekar, of Ebony Ship Management, Mumbai, that the MT. “Stolt Valor”, sailing under Hong Kong Flag has been released early morning today along with 18 Indian nationals and four foreigners. The vessel has sailed for Mumbai.
