Henry Mackenzie
Henry Mackenzie (1745-1831) was a Scottish novelist, born in Edinburgh. He was bred to law. He was author of "The Man of Feeling," "The Man of the World," and "Julia de Roubigné," written in a sentimental style. He held the office of Controller of Taxes in Scotland by favour of Pitt.Nearby pages
