Age of Aquarius

Age of Aquarius is a term in astrology for an astrological age that the world has just entered or is about to enter. Astrologers believe the the period will have overall peace and harmony. The age is ruled by the zodiac sign of Aquarius. However, there is no agreement on the dates of its beginning. According to Christianity the Age of Aquarius should begin around c. 2150 when the Age of Pieces will end. Astrologers do not agree with the dates of beginning of the New Age that ranges from 1989 to c. 2680. Some astrologers say that the Present Age of Pieces has begun around AD 1. At the end of the Age of Pisces, the vernal equinox point will have moved into the constellation of Aquarius, thus beginning the Age of Aquarius.
