Aggrandization

Aggrandization is a fact of being aggrandized or it process by which the power, status or wealth of someone is enhanced.

It generally refers to increasing reputation of someone to an unjustified level beyond the facts. A person sometimes aggrandize oneself and sometimes is aggrandized by someone else.
