Aksai Chin

Aksai Chin is a region in the Himalayas. It was part of Kashmir in India until 1950, when the region was occupied by China.

It remains a bilateral issue between the two countries, and the Indian claim of the ownership of the region is yet to be settled. China does not agree to the Indian claim.
