Aletsch Glacier

The Aletsch Glacier is the largest of the glaciers of the Alps (the Bernese Alps), which descends round the south of the Jungfrau into the valley of the Upper Rhône. It is located on the Aletschhorn mountain of Switzerland. It has a length of about 23 km and covers an area over 120 sq km.
