Anglesey
Anglesey is an island and a historic county in northwestern Wales in the United Kingdom. The Menai Strait separates the island from the mainland. It's known for its beaches and ancient sites. The area of this island is 714 km². It is the largest island in Wales and the seventh largest in the British Isles. It is also the largest island in the Irish Sea by area, and the second most populous island after the Isle of Man. The island is connected with the mainland by the Menai Suspension Bridge, designed by Thomas Telford in 1826, and the Britannia Bridge.
