Anglo-Irish Treaty

Anglo-Irish Treaty is an agreement between Britain and Ireland. It was signed in 1921 by representatives of the British government and the provisional Irish Republican government. The agreement gave dominion status to southern Ireland resulting in the Irish Free State in 1922.
