Anthony Hope

Anthony Hope (1863 - 1933), also known as Sir Anthony Hope Hawkins, popularly known as A. H. Hawkins in short, or also Sir Anthony Hawkins, was a British novelist and playwright. He was born in London and educated at Oxford. He was called to the bar. He was author of "A Man of Mark," (1890), "Prisoner of Zenda," (1894) and its sequel Rupert of Hentzau (1898).
