Apprentice

Apprentice is someone who joins a skilled employer to learn a trade trade and develop skill while on the job. Such a person is typically given lower wages than the regular employee on the job for a fixed period of time. After completion of the apprentice period, the person is either absorbed in the organization providing training and skill or given a certificate. Many countries has enacted, such as India, Apprenticeship Acts, to make employer obliged to appoint an apprentice in certain proportion of the regular employees.
