The Asia Pacific Network Information Centre (APNIC) is a Regional Internet Registry (RIR), and is a non-profit organization responsible for the administration and registration of Internet Protocol (IP) addresses in the Asia-Pacific region, including Japan, Korea, China, and Australia.
