Balance from Current Revenue

Balance from Current Revenue (BCR) is a term in finance. BCR of a state is its Revenue receipts minus all Plan Grants and Non-Plan Revenue Expenditure excluding recorded under the major head (in India this is head 2048) - Appropriation for reduction of Avoidance of debt.
