Barbary sheep

Barbary sheep, also called aoudad, is a sheep found in Barbary region, the high deserts of northern Africa, hence its name. It is short-coated and has a long neck ruff. Its zoological name is Ammotragus lervia, and it belongs to the family Bovidae.
