Batesian mimicry
Batesian mimicry is a term in zoology for a natural mimicry. The animals, which are edible for predators, are protected by its resemblance to a noxious one that is avoided by the predators. The term is derived by the name of the English naturalist Henry W Bates (1825-92) who first described this phenomenon.Nearby pages
