Bell pepper

Bell pepper, also sweet pepper, is a large variety of capsicum with mild or sweet flavour. Green, yellow, orange, or red varieties are found. It is often eaten raw. Its botanical name is Capsicum annuum. Its varieties include the grossum and the annuum belonging to the grossum group.
