Bird cherry

Bird cherry is a small wild shrub or tree. It grows bitter black fruits that are eaten by birds. It belongs to the genus Prunus, and the family Rosaceae. Many species of bird cherry are found including the notable North American 'pin cherry' (Prunus pensylvanica).
