Black mamba

Black mamba is a snake native to Africa, chiefly found in eastern and southern Africa, and is the largest poisonous snake on the continent. It is highly poisonous and slender, and moves with great speed and agility. These snakes are found in several shades of colours ranging from olive brown to dark gray. Its zoological name is Dendroaspis polylepis, and it belongs to the Elapidae family.
