Black pudding

Black pudding is blood sausage. It originated in the United Kingdom and Ireland, and is made from pork or beef blood, with pork fat or beef suet, and a cereal, usually oatmeal, oat groats or barley groats. It is usually served hot, but also occasionally served cold.
