DUC DE MORNY

DUC DE MORNY (1811-1865), French politician, born in Paris; played a conspicuous part in the coup d'état of December 1851, and was President of the Corps Législatif; was believed to have been the son of Queen Hortense, and consequently Louis Napoleon's half-brother.
