Düna

Düna, also known as the Daugava, Western Dvina, or Väina, is a river in Europe, which rises near the source of the Volga in the Valdai Hills in Russia, and after a West and North-West course of about 650 miles through Belarus and Latvia falls into the Gulf of Riga of the Baltic Sea. It is connected to the Dnieper river by the Beresina (also spelled Berezina) Canal.
