Eudoxus of Cnidus
Eudoxus of Cnidus (c. 390 – c. 340 BC) was a Grecian astronomer. He was a pupil of Plato, and afterwards studied in Egypt. He was said to have introduced a 365½ day year into Greece.Nearby pages
