Henry de Bracton
Henry de Bracton (c.1210 - c.1268), also known by the names Henricus Bracton, Henry Bratton or Henry Bretton, was an English "justice itinerant," a writer on English law. He was author of "De Legibus et Consuetudinibus AngliƦ," a "Treatise on the Laws and Customs of England," which was the first attempt of the kind.Nearby pages
