Isaac Asimov
Isaac Asimov (1920-92) was a Russian born US scientist and writer, chiefly known for his science fictions, books on science for nonscientists, and essays on a wide range of subjects. He is credited with coining the term robotics in 1941 on Karel Čapek's concept of the robot. His famous science fictions are - I, Robot (1950) and Foundation (trilogy, 1951-53).
