Jacob Snider
Jacob Snider (1811 – 1866) was an American mechanical genius. He invented a method of converting muzzle-loading rifles into breech-loading. He died unrewarded in 1866. Originally from Montgomery, Georgia, in the United States, he moved to Philadelphia (US), but died in poverty in Kilburn, London, England.Nearby pages
