Kandaleru Dam

Kandaleru Dam is in Nellore district of Andhra Pradesh in India. It is located at about 60 km away form Nellore. It is constructed across the Kandaleru river. This river originates in Velegonda hills and it flows across Gudur. This being World’s Biggest Earth Dam with 68 TMC Water Storage spread over 11 kilometre which is supplying Drinking water to Tamilanadu.
