Menai Strait

Menai Strait is a picturesque channel in the United Kingdom separating Anglesey from Carnarvonshire, 14 miles long and at its narrowest 200 yards wide. It is crossed by a suspension bridge (1825) and the Britannia Tubular Bridge for railway (1850).
