General Election 2019
General election to this assembly constituency was postponed. Election to this assembly was held later on July 20. Sabitri Agarwalla of BJD was winner who bagged 95,162 (54.48 per cent) of votes and defeated Bijoy Mohapatra of BJP who could get 77,507 (44.37 %) of Votes. Jayanta Kumar Mohanty of INC got 2,104 (1.2 per cent) of Votes. Around 72.69 per cent of the total 2,44,747 voters had exercised their franchise. Other candidates contesting were SP's Pradip Kumar Mishra, KRPP's Srikanta Samal, Independents - Dibyasingha Das, Paramananda Maharana, Prafulla Kumar Behera, and RIM's Annada Prasad Routroy.General Election 2014
