((Sahibganj)) town in Jharkhand state of India is one of the great attraction for the people who are interested in history and archaeology. Tourists come here in great numbers. The town has a well, constructed in 1915. This old well is known as "Bhagwa Kuan". It was constructed in memory of Edward VII. More importantly, the residents of the area still use the well for drinking water. In the eastern portion of the town, there located a hillock near residence of Sub - Divisional Magistrate. It is historically very important. It may also be mentioned that people visit the Ganges, the holy river of India, which flows beside this town.
