Sir Henry Acland
Sir Henry Acland (1815 – 1900), full name Henry Wentworth Dyke Acland, was an English physician and educator. He was a regius professor of medicine in Oxford. He accompanied the Prince of Wales to America in 1860. He was the author of several works on medicine and educational subjects. He was one of the Ruskin's old and tried friends.Nearby pages
