State Implementing Agency is an institution or organisation authorised by the state for implementation of its certain or specific policies and programmes. It includes any organisation/institution including Non-Governmental organisation which is authorised by the State to receive funds and implement programmes, such as the specific programmes State Health Mission for National Rural Healt Mission in India.
