However, the central government is under intense pressure to order judicial probe into the incident, a sources said.
Meanwhile, the government sources has said that a senior official of the home ministry will be asked to go to Jamia Nagar to assuage their feelings and hold discussion with the residents and look into the merit of the judicial demand.
Muslim members of the congress party has also echoed same sentiments and asked for a though judicial probe to the matter.
Senior Muslim Member of Parliament who do not wish to be identified has said that the overwhelming views of the muslim community of the Jamia Nagar is that the manner in which the encounter was carried out was wrong. It has raised many eyebrows and party should firmly stay behind the community.
Sources has indicated that the government is examining the veracity of the case and demand made by different political outfits including some member of the ruling congress party.
